Afternoon Practices M-F

May 11, 2026 to May 18, 2026:

May 19 will be a Practice Meet for all swimmers and families.

**No practice on May 20, 2026 and May 25, 2026.**

  • 5 and 6 years old.……….4:00 p.m. to 4:25 p.m. (25 minutes)
  • 7 and 8 years old………..4:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (30 minutes)
  • 9 and 10 years old………5:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. (45 minutes)
  • 11 years old and older….5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (1 hour)

Morning practices begin after school lets out on Thursday, May 21, 2026 and will be every day, Monday through Friday until Monday, June 22, 2026

Morning Practices M-F

Thursday May 21, 2026 to Monday June 22, 2026

  • Guppies (5 and 6 years old): 8:45 a.m. to 9:10 a.m. (25 minutes)
  • Tiny Torpedoes: 8:45 a.m. to 9:05 a.m. (20 minutes)
  • Flounders (7 and 8 years old): 9:15 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. (30 minutes)
  • Turtles (9 and 10 years old): 9:45 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (45 minutes)
  • Sharks (11 years and older): 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (1 hour)

Practice the day after a meet is very important. Coaches use this time to review the meet and work on areas of improvement

Practice Policies

Swim practice attendance and participation:

Swimmers are asked to attend and participate in practice 5 days per week, Monday through Friday. Swimmers are only allowed in the pool for practices at the Coaches’ instruction. Swimmers are not allowed in the big pool for recreational swimming at practice time, unless denoted by the Coaches. Practice absences due to certain circumstances, such as work, camps, vacation, and illness will be excused, but must be brought to the attention of the coach and the coordinators.


Parents/Caregivers at practices:

Parents/Caregivers please refrain from interacting with your children while they are in the pool for swim practices. If you need to speak with your child for some unexpected reason inform a Coach or Coordinator so she/he/they is aware of the situation. Also, Parents and Caregivers you are responsible for your children in the splash pad area and ON THE PLAYGROUND which means cleaning up trash from snacks and supervising your child to make sure they are respecting the HOA playground equipment and one another. Understand that they are swimming/playing in this area at your risk.
